Rules and Regulations for Lethal Built Performance and Auto Repair Instagram Giveaway

1. Eligibility
   • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   • Employees of Lethal Built Performance and Auto Repair, their immediate family members, and anyone affiliated with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
   • Follow us @LethalBuilt on Instagram.
   • Like this giveaway post.
   • Tag 3 people in the comment section.
3. Bonus Entry
   • Share the giveaway post to your Instagram story and tag @LethalBuilt for an additional entry for a total of 2 entries.
4. Entry Period
   • The giveaway begins on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, 9PM PST, and ends on Wednesday, January 1, 2024, 3PM PST. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection
   • Winners will be selected randomly using a third-party tool.
   • The winners will be announced on Wednesday, January 1^st 2024, via our Instagram account.
6. Prize Details
   • 3 winners will receive: A Free Oil & Filter Change, oil up to 5 Quarts, and a single use 15% Discount Voucher off of labor only.
   • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Claiming the Prize
   • The winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of being notified by @LethalBuilt via Direct Message on Instagram.
   • If the prize is not claimed within the specified time, another winner will be selected.

8. Prize Redemption
   • Prizes must be redeemed in person at Lethal Built Performance & Auto Repair, located at 5759 Winfield Blvd Ste D. San Jose, California 95123.
   • To redeem, the winner must schedule an appointment with Lethal Built Performance & Auto Repair.
9. Disqualification
   • Entries that do not follow the rules or use fraudulent methods will be disqualified.
   • Participants with private accounts must ensure their stories are visible to @LethalBuilt to qualify for the bonus entry.
10. Limitations of Liability
    • Lethal Built Performance and Auto Repair is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any other errors that may affect participation.
    • By entering, participants release Instagram and Lethal Built Performance and Auto Repair from any claims or damages related to the giveaway.
    • By entering this contest, you agree to the these rules and regulations.
    • For this giveaway to be valid, there needs to be a minimum of 75 participants. If this requirement is not met, the giveaway will be voided.
11. Publicity
    • By entering, participants agree to allow Lethal Built Performance and Auto Repair to use their name, Instagram handle, and/or photos for promotional purposes related to the giveaway.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
    • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
13. Changes To The Giveaway
    • Lethal Built Performance and Auto Repair reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
