Lethal Built Performance and Auto Repair was born out of a shared frustration but from two very different perspectives. Our story begins with two individuals who, despite coming from different sides of the automotive world, found common ground in their passion for quality and integrity.
One of our founders is a car enthusiast who, like many, had experienced the disappointment of dealing with auto shops that overpromised and underdelivered. After countless visits to different shops, each time leaving with a lighter wallet and a nagging feeling that something wasn’t right, it became clear that the industry had a problem. Tired of feeling taken advantage of, he envisioned a place where customers wouldn’t have to question the quality of the work being done—where honesty and transparency were the norm, not the exception.
On the other side of the equation is our co-founder, a veteran mechanic who spent years witnessing the aftermath of subpar repairs. Time and again, vehicles rolled into his shop with problems that could have been avoided if the initial work had been done right. Fixing other shops’ mistakes became a routine task, and with each repair, his dissatisfaction with the industry’s status quo grew. He knew that both vehicles and their owners deserved better treatment.
